Social Aim Solutions Ltd. ("Social AIM Solutions", "we", "us") is based in Quesnel, British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through socialaimsolutions.com and our booking pages, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's federal privacy law (PIPEDA), where they apply.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you book a call or audit, we collect your name, email address, phone number and any notes you add.
- Information about how you arrived. If you came from an advertisement, the link may carry campaign details (such as the ad source, campaign and ad name). We store these with your booking so we know which ads work.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider and booking tool may log your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the service running.
We do not ask for payment card details on this website.
Why we use it
- To schedule and run the call or audit you asked for, and to send confirmations and reminders.
- To reply to your questions and follow up about the service you enquired about.
- To understand which advertising and pages bring in enquiries, and to improve them.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We collect and use your information with your consent, which you give when you submit a booking. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, who may store it outside Canada, including in the United States:
- GoHighLevel (our booking and CRM platform) stores your booking and contact details.
- Vercel hosts this website.
- OpenAI receives ad-measurement data from the pixel described under Cookies and tracking.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on our pages, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
Our ad landing pages and booking confirmation page use the OpenAI Ads measurement pixel, which lets us count visits and booked appointments that came from our advertising on ChatGPT. It may set cookies or similar identifiers and may use information from the page, such as details you enter, in hashed (scrambled) form to match a booking to an ad. We do not use it on other pages of this website. Our booking tool may also use cookies or similar technology to make the booking form work. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and you can contact us to ask that your information not be used for ad measurement.
Marketing messages
We will only send you commercial email or text messages with your consent, and every message will include a way to unsubscribe. Messages about a call you booked (confirmations and reminders) are not marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and contact information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Records we must keep for tax or legal reasons are kept for the required period.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to us contacting you. Email mike@socialaimsolutions.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to personal information to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
