These terms apply to your use of socialaimsolutions.com and our booking pages (the "Site"), and to the free audit and consultation we offer. They are provided by Social Aim Solutions Ltd. ("Social AIM Solutions", "we", "us"), based in Quesnel, British Columbia, Canada. By using the Site or booking a call, you agree to them.
The free audit
The free audit is a 30-minute call in which we review how your business captures and follows up with leads, or where repetitive work could be automated, and suggest what to change first. It is free and carries no obligation to hire us. The recommendations are general advice based on what you tell us; we do not guarantee any particular business result from acting on them.
Booking and cancelling
Please provide accurate contact details. If you cannot attend, cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation email, as far in advance as you can.
Paid services
Paid work is separate from the free audit. Before any paid work starts, we will agree the scope, the hourly rate and the expected hours with you in writing. Work is billed as described on the Site and in that agreement. If these terms conflict with a written agreement for paid work, the written agreement applies.
Your accounts and data
Where we build or change things in your software, they live in your own accounts. You stay responsible for those accounts, your subscriptions to them, and the information in them. You must have the right to give us any access or information you share with us.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to attempt to access it without permission, or to submit false or misleading information.
Our content
The content on the Site, including text, design and logos, belongs to Social Aim Solutions Ltd. or its licensors. You may view it for your own use but may not copy or republish it without permission.
Third-party tools
Our booking and other tools are provided by third parties, and links on the Site may lead to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties and limits on liability
The Site and the free audit are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or loss of profit or data, arising from your use of the Site or the free audit, and our total liability for anything arising from the Site or the free audit is limited to $100 CAD. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy
How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of British Columbia.
